Welcome to Technology Garage! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Technology Garage website, online platform, and all related services, including our after-school technology programs ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling a student, registering an account, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (replace with actual link). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student and have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
Services Overview
Technology Garage provides online, instructor-led, and self-paced technology education programs for students.
- Eligibility: Our programs are designed for students of specified age groups or skill levels. By enrolling, you confirm the student meets the stated eligibility requirements.
- Access: Access to the online platform and course materials is granted upon successful registration and payment. Access is non-transferable and is for the sole use of the registered student.
Payment, registration, and Cancellation Policy
Fees
All program fees are listed on the registration page. Fees are due in full upon registration unless a specific payment plan is offered and agreed upon.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Prior to Program Start: 3 days or more before the official program start date, you may be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of 3%.
- After Program Start: Refunds for cancellations made after the program has started are generally not provided, except in cases of documented illness or extraordinary circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical Issues: Technology Garage is not responsible for refunding fees due to a student's inability to access the program because of personal technical issues (e.g., poor internet connection, hardware failure).
Code of Conduct and Use of Services
Student Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Technology Garage reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's registration without a refund for disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All course content, including videos, curricula, code examples, and documents, are the exclusive IP of Technology Garage. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent.
Student Work
Any projects, assignments, or code created by a student during the program remain the student's IP, but Technology Garage is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and showcase this work for promotional or educational purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Technology Garage does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technology Garage, its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian constitution without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Technology Garage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
